1 sit in a comfortable position with a neutral spine

2 drop shoulders away from ears

3 relax jaw, unclinch teeth

4 release any tension in face and upper body

5 breath air into belly, like a balloon, expand navel out, hold

6 exhale, draw navel in towards spine, hold

7 repeat tip: for regulating nervous system and anxiety:

inhale: four counts hold: seven counts exhale: eight counts
