1 sit in a comfortable position with a neutral spine

2 drop shoulders away from ears

3 relax jaw, unclinch teeth

4 release any tension in face and upper body

5 breathing air into belly, like a balloon, expanding navel out

6 exhaling, draw navel in toward spine

7 repeat

inhale: four counts

hold: seven counts

exhale: eight counts
